Creative teams and environments can be so volatile and fragile. Bits of drama, uncertainty, lack of clarity, and an all-work-no-play atmosphere can squash any remnants of creativity you and your team have left. A reminder that from now on, all of my content on workplace and team culture will be at The Culture Base. We release a weekly podcast on Tuesdays. Watch our latest episode on “Finding & Vetting The Right People” here.
If you haven’t heard yet, I have a big goal in 2024 of writing my first book. I need your help deciding on a topic for me to write about. To be fair, I’m going to write a book summary in the last quarter of this year for each of the three book ideas, but would first like to know from you: What topic could I write about that would make you want to read (or listen) to it?
I’m finishing reading a book that’s been super helpful by Dan Martell called, “Buy Back Your Time.” You may have seen my reel/short on how I used his Time and Energy Audit.
BONUS: The “DO PROCESS FRAMEWORK”
Many of us are familiar with DUE dates. Maybe even TOO familiar. They stare at us every waking hour: the projects, the bills, the school work, the kid’s field trip form.
I propose a shift in thinking.
Instead of living in the margin-less zone of DUE dates, let’s flourish in DO dates.
In my FREE Do Process Framework Download, I’ll show you how! Fill out the pop-up at the link below.
